Founder and president
Back in 1982, Olga Nikčević started the first beauty center in Montenegro, which under her leadership set new standards and grew into one of the most recognized and respected companies in this field.
She is a participant in numerous professional congresses both in our country and in the world, as well as the author of numerous articles and interviews published in newspapers, on television, the radio.
In 2000, he founded the first private school for aesthetics, cosmetics, and spa & wellness licensed by the Ministry of Education and Science of Montenegro.
Since 2001, he has been a member of the International Confederation of Schools for Aesthetic and Cosmetic Education C.I.E.F.E.C., as well as an international examiner in member schools in France, Switzerland, Italy, Tunisia, and other countries.
The idea creator and member of the commission for the development of standards and programs for the profession of a beautician for face and body care approved by the Center for Vocational Education, the Council for Adult Education, and the Ministry of Education and Science of Montenegro. She is a licensed examiner for a professional qualification in front of the Examination Center of Montenegro - the license was issued by the Ministry of Education and Science of Montenegro. She established cooperation with the Employment Service of Montenegro on the project of retraining the unemployed from the records of the Office for the profession of a beautician for face and body care.
She is a member of the European network of mentors for women in business, the Association of Business Women of Montenegro, and the Union of Employers of Montenegro. She has won numerous international awards for his entrepreneurial endeavors, work, contribution, and creativity.
